All ready made items will be shipped within 2-3 working days. If for any reason there will be a delay, we will contact you. If you need an item urgently, please contact us before ordering and we will see what we can do.

All bags are shipped with Royal Mail by either Tracked 48 with Signature (2nd Class) or Tracked 24 with Signature (1st Class) depending on the option you chose at checkout. These will also have proof of postage.

Do we ship outside of the UK? Yes, we ship all of a fabulous window cling kits internationally (unfortunately this doesn’t include Europe due to GSPR).

We ship Royal Mail 1st Class, which includes tracking, and Royal Mail 2nd Class, which is sent International Economy and does not include tracking.

As this is new, if your country doesn’t appear, please let us know and we will add your country. For everything else such as bags etc, please get in touch with us first so we can calculate accurate postage for you. Buyers are responsible for any fees that are required by your country.

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for whatever reason you aren’t, please get in touch with us and we will work with you to resolve any problems. Our returns policy lasts for 14 days. In order to be eligible for a refund the item(s) must be returned in the same condition they arrived. Shipping costs are non-refundable and proof of postage will be required. All refunds will be issued back to the original payment method and will be actioned within two days of receiving the item(s) back in original condition. Please note it may take up to five working days to clear with your bank. 

Any custom made items are non refundable. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us and we will work with you for a solution.

Our bags (crossbody, shoulder, backpacks etc) are not machine washable. If something unfortunate does happen, they can be surface washed by hand only.

Our printed canvas tote bags are made from cotton drill so can be machine washed at 30° on a delicate wash. Harsh chemicals, bleach or tumble drying is not recommended. As these are printed with pigment ink, there may be some colour bleeding. Please be aware that slight shrinkage is possible as the fabric has not been pre washed by the manufacturer.

If your item is made with waxed canvas, please keep away from high temperatures as this will melt the wax. If over time you would like to rewax the fabric, this is easily done and there are many youtube videos online with instructions to follow. If you have any questions or need any help, please do get in touch.

After ordering, you will receive a secure link to the files lasting 24 hours after the first download. If in future you need to redownload your purchased pattern and the link no longer works, please email us with your order number and we will be happy to issue you with a new link.

This PDF pattern and any associated SVG’s are for personal use only. We are happy for you to sell your makes on a small scale at home, but please do not reproduce any part of this pattern or include the pattern pieces or measurements in any photos you share on social media. All of our 3d prints are made with PLA (polylactic acid) filament. They have either been designed by us, or we hold a license to sell prints by other designers. These are clearly marked in the product images. If there are any other 3d modellers you’d like us to stock, please get in touch and we will see what we can do. We are also happy to do custom prints, so if you see a model you like in the shop, but would like a different colour, let us know.

3d prints are not suitable for small children due to small parts that can break off. Please keep from over stressing any 3d printed joints as much as possible.

The type of personal information we collect.

We currently collect and process the following information:

(a) Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name and contact details).

We do not process or store you payment/card details as these are processed by whichever processor you chose at checkout (such as Paypal, Stripe, Google Pay or Apple Pay).

How we get the personal information and why we have it.

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you.

We use the information that you have given us in order to fulfil your order, settle disputes, provide customer support or sending out newsletters (where you have consented to receiving them).

We may share this information in order to perform our services with:

(a) Payment processors such as Paypal, Stripe, Google Pay or Apple Pay, depending on which you select at checkout.

(b) Trusted service providers such as Squarespace (who host and support our website), Google (who host our email account), delivery companies such as (but not limited to) Royal Mail, DHL.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

(a) Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting mintymakery@gmail.com

(b) We have a contractual obligation.

How we store your personal information.

Your information is securely stored.

We keep the personal information you have given us only for as long as necessary to provide you with our services, as described in our Privacy Policy for a time period of 6 years as required by HMRC.

Under data protection law, you have rights including:

(a) Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.

(b) Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

(d) Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

(e) Your right to object to processing - You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
